Headquartered in Encino, California, Stand Out represents clients across the state of California. Our firm specializes in all areas of advocacy regarding children and adults with extraordinary needs. Our advocates have been helping families for over a decade and started when their own children were diagnosed. We’re on the pulse of all services related to developmental, intellectual, medical, and educational delays and disabilities.
